it is very important to manage ones health. health is what keeps us doing what we do. there are many kinds of health too. these would be mental health and physical health and sexual health and psycological health. these are just a few examples and for now we will just focus on physical health. if you or a loved one or a friend has an illness or illnesses than it must be stressed to take care of oneself be it you or a friend or family member. this means running any necessary tests, regular visits to the doctor. it also means that if all you have to do is take a silly dumb pill or two or even ten every day or so, then just do it already. if those people would just for a second consider the fact that many many other people have illnesses that may require much worse treatment like shots, surgery, or the toleration of constant pain without relief. if people with a certain disease would just look to those people with a worse disease it would help many of us humans take care of our physical health. this is just one thing you can do to help take care of yourself. you can also reduce health risk factors in your daily activities. these include not drinking from bottled water. there are many brands of bottles used for water storage that have been labeled a risk factor for cancer. if people drank less of these there would be less cancer in the world, not to menchen the less garbage and chemical waste. even alluminum bottles have been found to be harmful. alluminum has been labled a hazard and risk for alzhiemer's disease. it has been tied to this aweful disease through drinking water contamination in bottled water. these listed examples are just a few minor things one can do to lessen risk factors for health hazards and life a happier and healthier life. thank you for taking the time to read this advice article. i hope you learned something today.
