Advice On Real Estate

I am proud to write an article about real estate and give a advice to it because what all merits and demerits that I have incurred can be shared to person as like me looking for it.

When we are looking for a house it must be well sufficient for any one to occupy it. If the family members are four then 900 sqft is enough with two bedrooms, one hall, one dining hall, and one kitchen. But looking for this if excess members comes we have to hatch for rooms to stay for them so better going for houses with more than 1000 sqft such that it will be convenient.

Looking for houses it must be seen such that it is within the area where the childrens schooling are their and the office is nearby and the market and provisions are nearby such that the ladies in the house can go by themselves they doesnt need the help of the male. It must be within the budget.

We cant afford an house which is very huge amount and in that time paying the loan itself our life will be finished. Taking loans from a good concern where the loan percentage is low has to be decided. Going for loan in dimishing value is very advicable because it can be payed easier. If we are hatching for a house we must see that the area is very good and water facility is available and the number of housing in the flats is minimum all the drainage facility and clearance of the land everything is pakka. Such that no problems will be created in the future.

We have to see a house in the hot of the city such that the resale value of it will be increased if we wan't to dispose it in future. Childrens playing area must be pakka and the builder must be a good one with charging reliable amount for building. An ample car parking must be their with in the premises.
