Marina, I understand what you are going through and I think I can offer some advice. The first thing you need to do is find out what body type you are and then you need to increase you metabolism.
Both my mother and sister followed Michael Thurmond's plan. Michael is an adviser on the Biggest Loser TV show. This is a lifestyle change and not a diet per se. The both lost around 22 lbs (combined) in their first week.
Not everyone can lose weight the same. What works for one person might not work for another and what works for males might not work for females. You MUST know your body type so you can find out exactly what you can and cannot eat. The book can be purchased used on Amazon. It shouldn't be more than $6.00. The exercise you can do are as simple as walking or riding a bike. They don't cost a thing.
Your main expense will come in the food you eat. On this plan you will need to get your metabolism raised and that means eating every two hours. Tough for a teenager in school, I know. Even if you cannot start the plan, you need to read the book to see how well it can work for you.
My mother hasn't been able to lose eleven pounds in thirty days, but she was able to do it and keep if off in seven. There are plenty of recipes in book that you will love. By the way, answer the questions in the book honestly to find your true body type. It won't do you any good to lie to yourself and wind up being on the wrong plan.
