Advice On Quick Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas

Are you always looking for great meals for your family but lack the time to prepare them? Here is a great receipe that you can make quickly start to finish in 20 minutes. You will need the following items:
1 pound of boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 16 oz container of Sour Cream
1 can of Cream of chicken soup
1 small can of chopped green chilis
12 corn tortillos
1 8oz package of Shredded Cheese
Chili powder
2 tbs oil
Directions:
Boil chicken breast until done. While this is cooking heat oil in a skillet on medium/low. Lightly cook tortillos and place on paper towel to dry. Shred chicken. In a bowl mix shredded chicken sour cream, cream of chicken, green chilis, and 1/4 tsp chili powder.
In a baking dish layer 1/2 of the corn tortillos then 3/4 of the chicken mixture, then other 1/2 of corn tortillos. Spread the rest of the chicken mixture on top and sprinkle heavily with cheese. Sprinkly chili powder over the top. Cook in oven 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
You can also freeze these in family size or serving size portions for when you needs something hot and fast!
