Dear tourists!
You ask very often how to distinguish "good" agency from "bad"?
Try to understand one very simple thing: modern tour agencies can be divided into diligent and roguish.
Any diligent agency will not give you an absolute guarantee that your rest will be "like clockwork" and that you will not have any problems. Agree?
For those who does not understand what it means I will give a short example:
The agency has worked perfectly. Smart managers have found the necessary hotel, flight, gave all the information and all the documents... SUPER!!!
BUT! BUT!
You have arrived to the airport and spent there 18 hours because of a non-flying weather or plane breakage, you couldn't get to your flight because of tickets, your luggage, the super-guide at the airport who was supposed to meet you was lost, broke his leg and was replaced with the beginner who is hardly speaking English... Shall I go on???? Agree, that anybody, except the Lord, cannot foresee similar situations?
Why I call these agencies "DILIGENT"?
Because the agency even if troubles happened bear the responsibility.
Any diligent firm will make everything what it takes to compensate losses of the client.
What are the roguish agencies?
These are unknown ephemeral firms . Their task is to receive your money and to disappear.
As a rule, they declare themselves new "joint" representatives of the large international companies, leave their offices in recreation centers, at factories...
Frequently they use well-known methods of the street lotteries called, basically scams.
In our situation, having given the money to the agency, you are not only getting to a resort but also having returned, you will not find the company where you bought your trip.
How to distinguish them?
First of all pay attention on advertising and the PRICES.
The PRICES is that bait. If the prices are too cheap please be careful.
Therefore, when you receive the advertising letter with the offer from the joint company to have rest in 56 countries of the world and pay only 3.5 dollars a day, think properly!
When you have been stopped in the street by a sweet girl which offers you a free ticket to Maldives, but you should pay only 900 dollars and if you don't have money with you they have a car on duty to help... RUN!!!!
Do not give in to charm of such a sweet word "FREE OF CHARGE"
How it can be free if you were suggested to pay 900$?
RUN!!! Don't go there even for the sake of curiosity " I know that it is scam. It means I will not be deceived! I will go and look. Interesting!"
Believe me, super professionals on taking your money know there work.
