Parents have a predominant role in the upbringing of their kids. Children cannot differentiate between the right and wrong. After a certain age, children start rebelling and frequently imitate adults who are their role models. They could fight among themselves, in the pretext of acting like their favorite heroes in movies, WWF characters or favorite cartoon shows. In the worst position, some unlucky youngster in the group frequently gets hurt and occasionally dies, creating juvenile criminals. Kids might also consume alcohol, drugs, tobacco, etc. that are prohibited by the society.
Juvenile lawbreakers are not born as criminals. They are often poor, lack adequate resources to complete their education and often cannot fulfill their basic needs. Their health status could also be inferior. They might have lost either of their parents or sometimes both. If they live in foster homes or their relative's place, they might not get individual, special care. Juvenile delinquents are lonely , lack friends and frequently afflicted with depression .
What are the potential reasons for a child's detention due to crimes that are beyond their maturity level? Children are unable to cope with brutal parental controls. They refuse to attend school or skip school without informing their parents due to a variety of reasons. Kids face trauma due to physical or sexual abuse from their parents, teachers or relatives. In such situations, the child decides to flee from his home and the necessity for money, companionship and food forces him to join criminal groups.
The kid finds solace in their companionship and excited by their activities, commits petty thefts. In order to escape from the law and protect himself, he attacks others. If he is apprehended for perpetrating crime for the first time, the law assists in unearthing the root of the offense and enforces him to serve the community through voluntary assistance programs. After satisfactory service and thorough psychological counseling meant to correct his behavior, he will be released.
Legal authorities offer the juvenile criminal a chance to amend his behavior. Parents tend to offer encouragement and moral support to their kid which further strengthens their bond. Children are generally gentle and when they experience a sense of protection, they indulge in childish activities and are exceedingly responsible. With ample care, they will lead a happy life for ever and ever.
