Advice On Troubleshooting Blank Page While Printing From Windows Vista

There are few common reasons why you get blank pages while printing from Windows Vista. Here are the troubleshooting steps to resolve this issue. 80 percentage of times, this issue will be resolved if you follow the solutions suggested below.
Solution 1:
1) Go to Printer Properties > Advanced > Separator Page section, if you find any entries, delete it.
2) Go to the Separator Page and enter 0 and check if that works, if not then enter 1 and check.}
* Click on Windows Icon
* Click on 'Printers' option in the menu bar
* A new printer list window will open
* You can see the Printer Icon in that window
* Right click on the Printer Icon
* Click on "Properties"
* A Properties window will open
* In that window click on "Advanced" tab.
* Search for "Separator Page" option and Click on that
* You will a small window that asks to write some thing
* Just enter (type) "0" (Zero) in that (if you find any entries in that window, Delete those) and click on OK.
* Click on 'Apply' and Ok
* Then close the window and restart the computer
* Now check functionality
If you still get the blank page, please proceed with solution 2.
Solution 2: Reconfigure Printer Drivers:
Make sure the unit is disconnected from your computer.
1. Click on 'Windows Icon' button.
2. Click on 'Control Panel' and then click on 'Hardware and Sounds'
3. Click 'Printers'.
4. Delete all the printer icons from the 'Printers' folder.
5. Right click in the 'Printers' folder.
6. Click on 'Run as Administrator'.
7. Click on 'Server Properties'
8. Click on 'Driver' tab.
9. Click on the appropriate printer driver, For Example: Photosmart C4200 Series or similar.
10. Click on 'Remove'.
If you get a confirmation message, click on 'Yes'.
11. Restart the computer and you will get a 'Found New Hardware' message.
Proceed with the onscreen instructions to complete the wizard.
Now try printing and verify the results. I believ your issue should be resolved now.
