well i have brown layers and i want to get blonde over it, likke tht pretty top layer of blonde then my brown color under it. iv seen it befor, and i likk it, but i need to convince my mom. so she wants PICTURES, and ADVICE on how to go get it done, likk who cann do it bttr, hair dressers, or at home with a kit, thnk u.
