Requested: Advice On Job Issues

I work for a small business, a salon. Im a hairdresser that makes commission and I work very hard. In the last six months my checks have been late, or sometimes bounce in my account. Usually the checks were days late, as of recent my boss went to jail, and for weeks now my checks are really late! And his counterpart is addicted to drugs, i feel as though she is using the money for drugs. Should i stay through this or should i just pack it up and leave?

If you can find another job take it. It doesnt sound like these people are very reliable or scrupulous.
