I just made a great social networking site. I ask people how to make it so that more people will want to join and/or stay on. They say to make your site and its features great. Does quality of prepaid cell phone make a difference on the coverage it will receive? And can someone tell me of a good prepaid plan with good coverage. I do not use the phone much.
