How to sell a house that is not up to code
I moved into a new place in the last July. I had a leasing contract but when I inspect the place, I found lots of problems. So, I asked of fixing the problems or of changing my unit D to other unit. I have a 1st and 2nd mortgage on my home....it is close to being forclosed on. How can I walk away with out oweing anything to the creditors the 1st and 2nd are from the same creditor. Thank You, Laurie

Advice on My boyfriend got himself in a pickle.. He found a forclosed home.. closing is set for 2 weeks from now.. How he qualified for this I have no idea.. Basically the home is 300,000 the monthly is 2,140. and his bring home monthly is 2,700.. I was in the dark on this one or he would not have done this.. When I purchased my home, the documents indicated that there was an HOA that I would be a part of. shortly after the home and all the paperwork was completed and I moved into my home, all the homeowners who bought into this tract of homes was informed that the HOA documents were never filed with the state. we are currentley have a 1 year lease,as of now we are about 6-7 months into it and out landlord just gave us a written 30 day notice of rental increase. My ? is this,is this considered "breaking" our lease or is our lease still active.We want to move but dont want to break our lease but also our "old" lease says a diffrent rent price then what we are currentley paying
I was laid off 1/09/09. I received 23 weeks of severence pay. I've just bought all black appliances for my kitchen and would like to change the color of my cabinets. They are very dark colored.
