Even though you are eleven years old the first thing you need to do is not feel guilty. I used to wet the bed also when I was a child. It wasn't because I was lazy and didn't feel like getting out of bed and I don't remember being awake when the deed was done. Our children are unfairly bombarded with sex and nudity too many times a day for us to just expect kids to 'behave'. Marina, I understand what you are going through and I think I can offer some advice. The first thing you need to do is find out what body type you are and then you need to increase you metabolism.
